Campsite near Lake Aydat: swimming and activities
The campsite is less than 5 minutes from Lake d'Aydat by car, with its large beach, its supervised swimming all summer and its many water activities. It is the largest natural lake of Auvergne. Being at the Les Volcans campsite you are close to the lake without suffering the nuisances (traffic, noise, jams...)
The beach of Lake Aydat: a sandy beach will delight the little ones and the grass beach will allow you to spend pleasant moments by the lake. You will also find on site a children's playground and picnic tables.

How to get to the lake from the campsite? It is possible to reach the lake à foot from the campsite, about 3.5 km walking via the paths. L'aller en descente does not present any difficultés, the return can être more tiring. By road, by car or à vélo for about 4km.
