Camping les volcans member of La Via Natura

A small eco-responsible campsite, member of La Via Natura since 2021

Why join La Via Natura?

As soon as the campsite resumed in 2020, we wanted to make it a place of sustainable tourism, as ecological as possible and on a human scale. In short, a small eco-responsible campsite where you feel good!
The following year we wanted to join the La Via Natura association which brings together small campsites (less than 100 pitches), with less than 50% rentals and with a strong eco-responsible approach . After applying, we joined the association in 2021. For us the interest is to belong to a collective of campsite managers, to share our good practices, to progress together towards campsites that are more respectful of our environment and always more friendly... For our campers it is the possibility of discovering campsites different from ours but with the same values and the same spirit of small nature campsites!

We can therefore only invite you to discover these beautiful campsites run by great managers who will be keen to welcome you and help you discover their region :-)

What now for Les Volcans campsite?

By joining the Via Natura we are committed to respecting its charter (see below) but it is above all for us the desire to go further in our actions . Reduction of water and energy consumption, development of local products at the snack bar, reduction of waste, culture of trust and respect in the campsite... The fields of action are numerous and we are going there little by little not !

Here is an overview of what we have already implemented at the campsite and future projects. If you have ideas, inspirations gleaned here and there, we are interested. Tell us about it!

Charter of commitments for La Via Natura campsites

The commitment of members to the approach of VIA NATURA is voluntary, it is part of a militant approach of your hosts for the development of its environmental and natural heritage as well as its desire to share.

It is also part of the manager's approach to create a spirit of respect, quality and comfort in his establishment, with a maximum capacity of 120 pitches and where the camping spirit is preserved, at least 60% of the pitches being preserved for tents, caravans and motorhomes.
