In season, the reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. We are at your disposal for make your stay easier and allow you to discover the treasures of our region.

At reception you will find tourist brochures, practical information, the weather report, ideas for hikes and mountain bike tours... You can also buy IGN maps (Chaîne des Puys, Massif du Sancy) on site.

We practice the selective sorting of garbage. At the entrance to the campsite, a garbage room is at your disposal with a household waste container (green lid), and a cardboard and plastic container (yellow lid). For glass, another container is available outside the campsite. A compost bin is also available near the toilets. The compost is then used for the maintenance of the campsite.
