In season, the reception is open from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. We are at your disposal to make your stay easier and allow you to discover the treasures of our region.

You will find à l'reception tourist brochures, practical information, the weather bulletin, ideas for hikes and VTT circuits... to enjoy theideal location of the campsite in the volcanoes d'Auvergne. Vyou can also purchase on site the IGN maps (Chaîne des Puys, Massif du Sancy).

We practice the selective sorting waste. A ’entrée of the campsite, a trash room is à your disposal with a container household waste (couvercle vert), and a container cardboard and plastics (couvercle jaune). For glass, another container is à your disposal à l'extérieur of the campsite. A compost bin is également à your disposal près the restrooms. The compost is then used for the maintenance of the campsite.
