In season, the reception is open from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. We are at your disposal to make your stay easier and allow you to discover the treasures of our region.

You will find tourist brochures at the reception, practical information, the weather forecast, hiking and cycling circuit ideas... to make the most of theideal location of the campsite in the Auvergne volcanoes. You can also buy IGN maps on site (Chaîne des Puys, Massif du Sancy).

We practice selective sorting of waste. At the entrance of the campsite, a waste disposal area is at your disposal with a household waste container (green lid), and a container for cardboard and plastics (yellow lid). For glass, another container is available outside the campsite.A compost bin is also available near the sanitary facilities. The compost is then used for the maintenance of the campsite.
