A nature campsite in the countryside

The campsite is in the heart of nature , a campsite in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes , bordered by paths, fields and the Puy de Combegrasse. During your stay you can thus enjoy the peace and quietbut also all the advantages of this natural setting!


Birds, flowers, squirrels... Set off to discover the wildlife and flora within the campsite but especially around it. Within a few dozen meters, you can explore the fields and forests. With beautiful discoveries and  lovely surprises for both young and old!   


You can borrow our "Nature Bag" for hiking with young and old: magnifying glass, binoculars, observation box, observation guides... You will have everything you need to explore the fields and forests!


In the campsite you will find a large board with photos and names of the 44 most commonly observed bird species in the surrounding area, will you be able to spot them during your stay?

Visit farms and meet animals 

Our campsite is not a farm campsite, but you can discover farm animals around: cows and their calves, ewes and their lambs, horses... In the summer, they are numerous in the fields near the campsite. 

If you wish to visit a farm to découvrir their operation (milking cows, cheese production...), many farms open their doors around the campsite! Ask us for the right addresses or check our sélection on the campsite blog. 

The calm and freshness of a countryside campsite

If the journées can être très hot in été in the volcanoes, you will the pleasure of spending good nights grâce to the calm of the countryside and without heat étouffante  ! 


The nights are cool in the countryside, especially since the campsite is located at 1000m altitude . A real comfort while heatwave periods multiply in summer...


The many volcanic lakes surrounding the campsite are also great cool spots for the summer!
