Spring and summer are obviously the ideal seasons for climbing in Auvergne with mild weather. From learning to more demanding routes, the volcanic park is full of climbing sites to discover!

- The Tooth of Resentment , à 25 min from the campsite, an exceptional site at the cœur of the célèbre reserve of the Vallée of Chaudefour.
Around forty routes await you on this 130m high lava column! Undoubtedly it's one of the most spectacular spots
. Going up to à 8a+ for the "voie Gérard Russier". Expect a short half‑hour approach walk from the reserve house. And beware, as it's a protected natural reserve, several protection rules apply, including a strict ban on dogs.
Info on the Tooth of Resentment. - Site de Ceyrat , à 15 min du camping, ce rocher d'escalade est idéal pour l'apprentissage grâce au bas des voies propice à l'initiation. Une trentaine de voies au total s'offrent à vous. Peut-être très fréquenté le week-end en raison de sa proximité avec Clermont... Mais à recommander pour les débutants ou avec des enfants.

The idéal place for l'climbing in family with easy blocks for young climbers! For older kids, about forty routes are accessible, classées in green, blue, red and black. In short, we recommend it for everyone :-)
Information about the Capucin site . - Les blocs de Cournols , à 10 minutes du camping, un site original avec
d'énormes blocs de pierre posés au milieu des prés et de la forêt (jusqu'à 8m de haut !) qui permettent de grimper librement. La pierre est râpeuse mais le plaisir est au rendez-vous ! Il est même possible d'y aller à vélo depuis le camping pour s'échauffer...
Infos sur le site de Cournols . - The Crête of the rooster , à 25 minutes from the campsite, it's the neighbor of the Dent de la Rancune in the Vallée of Chaudefour. With about forty routes going
up to 130m high, it is the highest spot in the département ! CLike for the Dent de la rancune, it's a réserve naturelle protégée in which several règles of protection s'apply, including the strict ban on dogs.
